Bloomfield Great House - a jewel in the parish's crown, located on the historic Bloomfield Estate, predates the establishment of Manchester Parish. Mandeville Square, a notable landmark, now stands on land donated by four estates, including Bloomfield.
Throughout its history, the property has undergone various transformations. Initially, it operated as a coffee plantation, later transitioning to citrus cultivation, cattle rearing, and dairy farming. At one point, Willing Mullings leased the Great House, transforming it into a small hotel for several years.

In 1925, the estate was purchased by Guy Winchester Harris, who implemented numerous modifications to the building that housed the hotel. The property changed hands again in 1962 when Richard Harris acquired it and operated a dairy farm. Most of the land was subsequently sold in 1966.

In 1972, Guy Barrington Grant purchased the remaining property, which includes the Great House. Today, Bloomfield Great House serves as a restaurant and gift shop, offering visitors a unique blend of historical charm and modern hospitality.
